When a customer uses Enrolius to process learner or employee information, that customer normally controls the information, and Enrolius processes it on the customer's behalf.

We may also disclose information where required by law or as part of a business sale or restructuring.

We do not sell personal information or use customer-provided learner data for independent advertising.
